Experience helps. But it shouldn’t become the centre of your coaching.

I have spent more than three decades working across leadership, strategy, organisational transformation, consulting and learning.

My work has taken me across industries, organisational contexts and geographies, and into conversations with people dealing with growth, ambiguity, complexity, transition and reinvention.

That experience comes into coaching when it is useful.

But coaching is not an opportunity for me to demonstrate how much I know.

The important question is whether our work helps you see more clearly, make stronger choices and operate differently.
